Moushira Khattab, Minister for Family and Population
President Hosni Mubarak issued a Presidential decree forming the Ministry of Family and Population and appointing Ambassador Moushira Khattab, Secretary General of the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, as Minister of State for Family and Population. Minister Khattab expressed her appreciation for the establishment of the new Ministry, a thing she thinks, reflects the political leadership’s vision of an integrated policy of human development and reflects its vision of the interdependence that lies between population issues and development programs.
