1. Training
All recruited volunteers will undergo intensive and comprehensive training specific to both the activity that the volunteer has chosen and also in general terms of the program. The program will be responsible to aid the volunteer in all sorts of new skills that will help him/her belong to the program in the short term- to fulfill the immediate task, and also in the long term- to have a sustainable sense of integration to the program for future tasks.
2. Certificate of experience
After completion of the training phase, the volunteer will be awarded with a certificate that proves the level of successful completion of the training. The volunteer will be required to complete his/her task to obtain the rest of the certificate with all the experience acquired.
3. Paid expenses
according to the correct philosophy of volunteerism, volunteers are NOT paid a salary, however, we do take into great consideration that as a Unit, we have to provide the Volunteers with transportation fees that will facilitate him/her to come perform the tasks required.
