Children’s rights, as any other rights, require proper laws, for its protection, promotion and enforcement.
NCCM is mandated to evaluate and propose laws concerning children’s rights, and seeing that legislation is a basic tool in providing a solid ground for children’s rights, legislative issues is a main concern for NCCM.
